Canine Hydrotherapy - Terms & Conditions

​

1 ) While every care is taken of the dogs undergoing treatment and in the maintenance of the water & equipment, all dogs receive hydrotherapy treatment at their owners own risk.

2) Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 48 hours notice.

3) Every session must be paid for in full on the day of treatment including those that are subject of an insurance claim. Payment to be made by cash or cheque (we do not accept credit cards).

4) Dogs suffering with infectious or contagious conditions, such as ear, eye or skin infections, gastric upsets, kennel cough will not be treated. Please notify us and cancel all appointments with at least 48 hours notice. This also applies to bitches in season.

5) A Veterinary Referral Form must have been completed and signed before any treatment/swim can take place.
 
6) Please bring your dog in as well groomed condition as possible .

7) Owners are requested not to feed their dog at least 4 hours before attending a session and please also make sure it has been toileted before arriving. A surcharge of £15 will be made for dogs that defecate in the pool.

8) It is the owner’s responsibility to poop scoop after their dog, whilst on our premises. A scoop and bucket are available.

9) Dogs must be kept on the lead and under control while not in the pool building.

10) Please do not enter the pool building until asked to do so.

11) We ask that owners refrain from entering the pool for health and safety reasons. Our staff are trained to assist canines in the pool, not people. Exceptions are made at our descretion for trained professionals.

12) We reserve the right to photograph or video recording during sessions.

13) Whilst visiting our pool please be advised to wear sensible shoes and clothing as there is an increased risk of slipping around the pool area.

14) Owners accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles whilst on our premises.

15) Drying facilities are provided free but please bring your own towels.

16) We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any dog at any time.
